Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

FREE DELIVERY TO UK MAINLAND FOR ALL ITEMS.

Once your order has been placed, a member of our team will contact you to provide you with an update on your order.

We do not offer delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, Republic Of Ireland or Northern Ireland. 

Apart from sofas, all items are flat-packed and require self-assembly. Drivers who deliver your products are not responsible for the assembly of your products or removal of packaging.

Goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over upon delivery.

All our dining tables are delivered via a specialised 2 man courier service to a room of your choice. If delivery is to a flat/apartment there must be a lift in the building, otherwise delivery will only be made to the ground floor.

 

Returns:

We accept returns on items that have not been used within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for the return to our warehouse.

Please note: We do not refund the delivery charge paid by the customer at the time of purchasing products.  

We cannot accept returns on international orders. 

We do not offer exchange/refunds on bespoke items. 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure all items will fit in your hallway, kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom or garden. We can not accept returns for items which do not fit, so please ensure you check all measurements before placing an order.

Before returning an item, you must email us at sales@lux-interiors.co.uk letting us know of your intention to return your items. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund your money. 

Damaged Items:

If an item has arrived damaged, faulty or is missing parts you must notify us at sales@lux-interiors.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Claims that are reported after this period will not be accepted. To process your claim we require your name, order number and pictures of the damaged or faulty item.

Dining Tables:

If you are returning a dining table free of defects, there is a deduction of £125 to cover courier costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Mirrored Furniture:

All mirrored items are heavily packaged to ensure items arrive to you in perfect condition. However, on some occasion’s damages can occur in transit. If your item arrives damaged please email us at sales@lux-interiors.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept any reports of damage after this time period.
